How do I reset the 0,0 point for the elevation dimensions?
I have merged 2 dsn documents and I am trying to label a section, but when I place the first elevation marker it reads 11'... I cannot find the original point, so I cannot move it, so now I need to find a way to reset the absolute zero.
please help...

elevation dimensions
It would help, but I can't see the original. In fact I'm pretty sure I never placed one. It is a bit strange... I will perhaps send the file to tech support to find out f they can find anything...Andrew wrote:There are two methods to move the 0.0 dimension:
a) Select it and use the Move command.
b) Select and delete it. The next elevation dimension you create is a new 0.0 origin. All the others update automatically on the next redraw.
Hope that helps.
Re: elevation dimensions
that doesn't seem to work with 1.8.2

Re: elevation dimensions
what i originally did was copy and pasted the elevation levels from another section to this new sheet, and it won't reset, thinking the last elevation point of the original section (the highest point) as the zero.
solved it by exporting the new sheet as a file and deleted the sheet from the original file, then merged it again.
