New Features And Improvements
- Added a new preference option in the Units panel to choose the appropriate decimal separator, e.g. "0.001" or "0,001".
- Paste: a dialog lets the user choose to paste at the original location of the objects or at the center of the current view.
- Paste command: added the option to flatten the layers of the pasted items to the current layer.
- Dashed lines now draw continuous end caps, so to create solid corners.
- Dots in dashed lines no longer change to segments when zoomed.
- Arcs and circles are now drawn more accurately.
- Dense hatch patterns are now displayed as semi-transparent fills when the step or the zoom level are too small to display it correctly.
- Added a progress bar on the main window to show the progress of lengthy export operations.
- The automatic Check for Updates now checks for network availability before sending the request to the ilexsoft.com server.
- Printing now supports transparency of images, fills and rectangles.

- Drawing Manager.Layers: when deleting one or more layers, a dialog lets the user choose whether the objects on those layers should be deleted as well or moved to another layer.
- After setting a new layer to a selection, an info window pops up displaying the number of edited objects and the new layer.
- Drawing Manager.Layers: properties can now be changed for unselected layers too.
- HighDesign is now a Mach-O application (previously it was PEF). This makes it instantly compatible with future Intel-based Macs via Rosetta. Also, several fixes have been made to prepare it for the Universal Binary format.
- Drawing Manager, Colors panel: setting the Connect Penweights option now applies to existing objects too.
- Project Info is now a sheet window.
- Walls tool: it is now smarter at picking the right start or end wall when creating a new one.
- The scroll range of the scrollbars on the main window is now wider and proportional to the current zoom factor.
- Tool Properties panels now allow multiple edits of the same object without the need to close and re-open the panel.

Fixes And Changes
- Select All no longer selects items on the current sheet if it is not visible.
- Opening the Print Preview dialog with no selection and when the previous setting was "Print Selected Items" could cause a crash.
- Print Preview calculated the bounds of the drawing including reference points that were not printed.
- Print margins now display with the correct width and height.
- Rotated dimension labels now print without the white background.
- Organize > "Duplicate Items To" and "Transfer Items To" now scale the items if the destination sheet has a different scale than the original.
- Redoing a new wall no longer attempts to connect it to walls on other sheets.
- Exploding a hatch with too close a step is now safer and prevents an ID02 error from occurring.
- Undoing a Convert to Wall command no longer leaves gaps on walls connected with the undone wall.
- The witness line of exploded dimensions now keeps the correct line style.
- Annotations: text is now correctly aligned to the left or the right depending on the direction of the leading line.
- Annotations with vertical line did not redraw correctly.
- Annotations: now show the correct text on the first redraw instead on the second.
- Explode: multiline annotations no longer get shifted to the right.
- Explode: dimension lines no longer get a dashed pattern instead of the continuous line.
- Mirrored text blocks are no longer displayed outside their box.
- Angles expressed in degrees, minutes and seconds no longer get rounded when displayed on screen.
- Integer numbers in dimensions and rulers now display without the "." separator at the end.
- The starting point of freehand lines was ignored by the snap function.
- The Split function now makes sure the parts inherit the exact same properties of the original line.
- The Hatch Selection command did not work properly with rectangles.
- Info windows now display the message with the correct text encoding.
- Fixed a problem of the Print function introduced in 1.5.1b2 that caused incorrect results on printouts.
- The internal edge of frame windows no longer extends beyond the casing lines.
- Rotated texts and dimension labels now honor the Antialiasing status.
- Fixed a bug that occurred when opening the Print Preview dialog after deleting a print area that was previously used.
- Dialogs that are used to load an image now correctly filter out all non-readable files.
- Zooming in with the mouse wheel from a factor less than 1% now correctly increases in steps of 0.1% instead of jumping to 1%.
- The Open dialog now correctly shows readable filetypes only.
- The L label showed an incorrect value when selecting a circular arc.
- The main drawing area no longer shows horizontal white lines when scrolling vertically and the background color is different from white.
- Offset and other editing tools: right clicking before starting the edit action no longer leaves the tool in active state.

- Text wrapping did change by one word at different zoom levels.

- Undo Delete: windows removed when the parent wall is deleted now are restored correctly.
- Fixed a possible crash that occurred on OS X 10.2.8 when closing the tool properties panels.
- Tangents to Two Circles: solved a problem that occurred when the two circles were aligned on the horizontal axis.
- Circles rotated by 90 degrees could degenerate into points.
- Fixed a graphical error with some open arrow types.
- Walls are checked for duplicate window and doors when loaded.
- Selecting an object when its Tool Properties panel was open did create a new, duplicate panel.
- Fixed a situation where clicking the right mouse button while panning with the middle mouse could generate a confusion in the program events.

- The preview image displayed in Print Preview no longer includes the margins of sheets after the first.

- Consecutive walls produced wrong intersections when edited.
- Sizes and dimensions of tool settings and other preference properties are now displayed with 3 decimals when decimal units are used, regardless of the settings in the Units preferences panel. These settings now apply to user input and objects only. This prevents situations where, for instance, the width of a wall is displayed as "0" when it should be "0.3".
