Returning a Product Purchased from Ilexsoft |

Within 30 days of purchase, Ilexsoft may accept the return of any product purchased from Ilexsoft via its distributors. The refund is subject to approval.
To return a product purchased from Ilexsoft within the last 30 days, please send an email to
sales@ilexsoft.com
providing the following information:
- the order number
- your name
- the product you are returning
- the serial number
- the reason for the return
You will receive an email from Ilexsoft providing the instructions to complete the return process.
Customers returning a product must delete every copy of the product and serial number on their hard disks. Returned serial number will not be accepted by future updates.
