What can I do? HD won't open my files that I have been working on in the last few weeks!!! All I have is the rainbow beachball!

ok ok, found the problem *phew*!!!
i accidentally deleted the folder that says highdesign 1.6 which contained the library parts and other goodies, hence it died on me
