That would be a good idea, especially if it could be linked to include a little note as well.

Dunno if this is a useful tip, but I do dated revisions and notes to myself (layer name is "FIX THIS", lol) on their own layers.

Am I missing the point of a revision cloud?

This is becoming ever more essential as the plan checkers in our area require all corrections to be circled and noted. From the plan check letter:

"ALL PLAN REVISIONS/CORRECTIONS ARE TO BE CLOUDED and referenced by a number within a Delta Symbol on the documents/plans clearly identifying the plan changes."

A simple line circle or oval are just not cutting it. Please advise whether this is in the works.

Yeah, something along those lines... :)

Ideally it would be great to assign a thick pen-weight with a transparency factor so that the clouds would really pop out of the drawing without covering any vital information.
