1.8.5 bugs

Aloha Andrew,

I encountered a small problem with the layer color palette. If my layer is near the bottom of my layer list, the color picker palette gets cut off. The palette co-ordinates appear to be relative to the layer name's location on the screen. could the palette change to an absolute location where the bottom never exceeds the bottom of my screen?

I've attached a screen shot to show how my palette is cut off.

Also, I just finished a few complex wall intersections and 1.8.5 handled them flawlessly! What a wonderful improvement, mille gratzie!

Found a few more:

* when I work with a rectangle, I'm still getting 'stuck' with the selection tool and rectangle tool activated. I have to click on a different tool to make the problem go away.

* HD is occasionally reverting to 'hairline' weights while I'm working in a file. I haven't determined a pattern why or when it happens (yet).

* my layer list doesn't always correctly show layers that are visible/invisible if they're the currently selected layer.

I'm not sure if this is new in 1.8.5, but it's driving me crazy. I did just reinstall, so it's possible I screwed up a prefs setting I've had for years & am unaware of.

* I thought I used to be able to nudge windows and doors with my arrow keys. Now I can only move them with move, length, angle.

* option click isn't picking up all attributes like it used to. This is probably the most time consuming issue for me. I option-click on a leader & it doesn't change to leader, just the dim tool with all of the other attributes correctly copied.

* walls are loosing their intersections when I duplicate (for example I duplicate an entire floorplan to present alternate layouts). Very time consuming to repair every intersection.

Thanks for any advice on fixing these items, I'd even be willing to go backwards to 1.8.4 to get these behaviors back if I need to! They're very important to my working style.

Any timeframe when this will be fixed? I just lost all of the wall intersections on a house, at the end of a full set of presentation drawings. I missed today's deadline because the walls went crazy & I have to fix them. Please get this bug fixed. I can't continue to use HD in a professional context if I'm loosing data and missing my deadlines because of bugs.
