HD 1.8.5 locked up

Hi all,
new problem from the rookie. Was dimensioning a drawing and I don't know if I hit the "enter" Vs "shift" key but now my drawing is locked. I get no movement in the "zoom" preview screen. In the lower right corner of the main screen I have L nan -000.0" & A nan -000.0". These numbers also will not change.

It appears that the cursor is locked in the very upper left corner of the screen.

I can open drawings and they work fine.

Quick update. I received the back-up CD today and reinstalled HD to see if this would resolve this problem. Answer is no it did not. It seems that this drawing is "Locked" in the dimension mode. I.e. The button has a red border around it. Note: I can not add or alter dimensions..

Any ideas??
