No problems with 1.8.3 on my G4-Tbook. a little bit slower dan on the intel-Imax

Now in HD it is only possible to have only one drawing wich is opened at the same time . I need often to open two or more drawings. On one drawing is the assembly of p.e. a machinepanlel in a Yacht and on the other drawing is the layout for the sawing machine. I need to take measures on one drawing ...

That "fix tekst box" is really a pleasure to use.

Does any-one know where I can find a mechanical symbol list
like :
different normalized screw types, nuts, whashers,bolts, pens, clips, racing-baall etc...
or a link where I can download such things.

Hello Beagle, If you want to bind the color of objects to that of the parent layer, you can activate the "ByLayer" option on the Colors menu. With that option on, any new objects gets the color of its layer. I have put the option by layer when I create the layer. see the screen layouts in...
