As many of you probably work with dual dimensioning (yeah, we Canadian still have to work in imperial), maybe a nice option to input is DUAL dimension :P I also noticed there is no gradient fill. so what could be the use of that? I could explain myself longer but to make it short, drawings in HD are...

salut! Ta question me semble un peu flou...jai besoin de savoir tes connaisances avant d'y répondre. Sais-tu dejà dessiner des perspectives a la main? As-tu deja utilisé un logiciel 2d comme Autocad? Si la réponse est oui a ces questions, alors tu n'a qu'a te tracer des lignes de fuites dans HighDes...

thanks Derek! beta tester since yesterday and it looks quite promising! it sort of sketchup mixed with acad command. very precise. i will try to import plan from my HD later... Y by the way did you get my pm? and if you wanted to check the Novus contest result (which i draw plan and detail with HD) ...

oh i see. but i have to draw the construction line..then aligned my element to it, right? i was talking about a more rapid way : like the window aligned box in adobe indesign or the aligned popup text in Flash 8.

would be very nice to have window for the alignement option. Also, when i want to align two text from top edge, no matter the order i choose my two text, it always choose the highest one. any suggestion to this?

there so many ways to do it. I like the proposition, and now i use a separate layer for each title block (on the same sheet) as layer A-INT-TXT-A1, A-INT-TXT-A2. The view manage my realife sheet then.

drawing scale/printing scale

Here a question for you guys. I always use to draw at scale 1:1 (from previous automatism), i understand now that in HD i must first choose which scale im gonna print before drafting. But my problem is when i need to print, for example on A4, both the general plan at 1:100 and a small detail at 1:10...
